In a word, politics. Family Court Judges have incorporated politics into family law, and their
practices and procedures in matters of child custody. Starting in the 60′s and paralleling the feminist march for equality in the work place. Bias against men in the family unit by family court judges have been largely a vehicle of political correctness on the part of the judicial system. An over compensation that was and is unlawful in this arena. There are many violations of the US Constitution and also of state constitutions. One for instance “equal protection under the law”. “Right to privacy”, “right to due process”, “the application of cruel and inhuman punishment when there has been no wrong doing” (no fault divorce) several more. The list is on and on. Family Court has abandon the US Constitution to favor politics of feminists. Since the discrimination has been in effect for decades and male children have been born to these women. Both have essentially persecuted their male children and grandchildren. Divorce at 50%
and 40% of all children in the US are born out of wedlock. The reputation of family court and statistical evidence is well known. Gender biased practices and procedures will endure in the court room even when the politics are changed.

Boy, are you in error. The old covenant allowed a man to divorce his wife for just about any reason, and even Jesus comments on this in Matthew chapter 19.

The problem is not law; the problem is the human heart of stone.

sorry to hear! usually that is the first thing that they do when you go to court! In ca is about 17% + spousal support (before taxes) You need to keep very close records. Personal experience do not give you soon to be ex personal checks! VERY VERY dangerous!

Speak to your lawyer first. Make sure you document this money you have given to her before your wife tells the judge what a horrible person you are

even non-Christian people do not accept gay marriages (there own ideals and belief toward marriage) did you not see the election in California? the people reject the motion–accepting same-sex marriage and those that got married before the election, well now their "marriage" will be assessed; give them union rights (oh yea they do have them but they insist on the word marriage to describe their union; gays feel that if they are accepted as a marriage they can have the same rights as a married couple; interesting they have all the same benefits) but is seems the gay agenda (if there is one) seek to contaminate the word–marriage–a union between a man and woman.

Ir's usually 15 to 20 percent of your salary. Make sure you document all money you give to her for child support. I have friends and family that received or gave cash, with no receipt and then the mom said they never received any money. So always, always, Give a money order, or check, or someway to show that you paid.

Where do you go to church? USA Christians don’t say anything? Maybe you meant that some USA Christians don’t say anything. I am a member of a 3 thousand member church and we have heard often from the pulpit what the Bible says about God’s laws of marriage and divorce.

If you violate God’s laws, you can repent and ask forgiveness. If you violate mans laws, you can either pay a fine or go to jail. WE have never insisted that our marriage laws follow God’s laws, and that is the problem.

I'm not sure of the percent but I got 420 dollars a month for 2 children at one time in my life...really depends on how much money you make.
